The Robeson Township Administrative Staff includes 2 full-time employees and 2 part-time employee which handle all functions of the Office.
Robeson Township’s Administrative Staff handle a multitude of functions. Some of those include:
Budget meetings are generally held on various dates, as determined by the Board of Supervisors, in September, October and November. The annual budget is created and finalized each year by the Township Manager. The budget is then adopted by the Board of Supervisors at their Regular Meeting in December. The Township Planning Commission is comprised of community members appointed by the Board of Supervisors, who volunteer their time. The functions of the Planning Commission include the review of subdivision and land development plans, as well as related ordinances, and submissions of their recommendations to the Board of Supervisors. The Planning Commission works toward providing the coordinated development of the Township.

The Zoning Hearing Board is made up of Township residents who volunteer their time and energy to work to improve the quality of life in Robeson Township, and who assure the fair and equitable application of the Township Zoning Ordinance.
This judicial board receives its authority from the Pennsylvania Municipalities Planning Code. The Board schedules hearings on applications and appeals, takes evidence, and issues written decisions on findings of fact. Meetings are on call, subject to the filing of applications.

Township Municipal Authority consists of a five-member board appointed by the Supervisors. The Authority was formed in 1985 to construct a sanitary sewer collection system and sewage treatment plant. Operation and administration of the facility is leased to the Township.
The sanitary collection system is located in the Gibraltar / Seyfert area of the Township, and the treatment facility is located between the Township offices and the Schuylkill River.

The stated purpose of the Robeson Township Board of Parks and Recreation is "to provide leadership in coordinating all activities of a recreation nature in the Township to obtain a maximum benefit for the citizens of this Township". This board is attempting to provide adequate areas for recreation throughout the Township. This is being done through public parks, schools, church related playgrounds, and other facilities.
