vacancies/appointments to consider and is seeking letters of interest.

Here are the current vacancies:

Zoning Hearing Board Alternates (2) – term of service may vary from 1 to 3 years.

Environmental Advisory Council (1) – three-year term

Parks & Recreation (2) – five-year term

Additionally, the Robeson Township Board of Supervisors is seeking a resident

to serve on the Geigertown Area Joint Authority (GAJA) for a five-year term.

Resident does not need to live within the GAJA service area for consideration..

Notice is hereby given to the residents and taxpayers of Robeson Township, that a

Zoning Hearing Board, Zoning Application Hearing Meeting will be held at 7:00pm on

February 27, 2025, at the Robeson Township Municipal Building, 2689 Main St.,

Birdsboro, PA, 19508 Berks County.

The public meeting is to consider the Zoning application of Jordan A. Santos, 213 Old Fritztown Road,

Shillington PA 19607 seeking variances from Section 403.E to allow an existing pole barn to encroach

in the front yard setback located 30 feet when 60 feet is required, and from Section 803.A.4 to permit

the accessory structure to remain prior to the erection of the principal structure on property located at

1150 Buck Hollow Road, Robeson Township being Berks County Parcel ID 73531202672126 now owned by

Jordan A. Santos 213 Old Fritztown Road, Shillington PA 19607. The property is located in the R-1

rural Residential zoning District.

A decision in the case may be rendered at the end of the hearing.
